1. ORIGINAL Medical results & PHOTOCOPY of Medical Results (dapat sunod sunod ang documents)
2. SCANNED COLORED PASSPORT 1ST PAGE (Clear dapat & at least 1 year validity)
3. ACCOMPLISH POEA APPLICATION FORM (Makukuha sa POEA sa time ng submission)
4. 2PCS PASSPORT SIZE PICTURE (white background @ with name) Make sure maganda ang pagkakakuha. Gandahan na ang ngiti.
THEN WAIT FOR THE PROGRESS NG APPLICATION NINYO. Parati pong tingnan ang application nyo sa http://www.eps.go.kr (Using Internet Explorer browser)
